𖹭 refunds are not possible and all transactions will be final
𖹭 please do not be offended if I do not post progress of your model, or do not use it in a showcase! I am very forgetful at posting and updating stuff, I may choose to keep my carrd up to date with my most recent works over older ones to avoid congestion !
𖹭 you will not use my work for NFT's (Non Fungible Token's).
𖹭 you will not use my work in AI (Artificial Intelligence) nor run it through any AI programs. I am strongly against the use of AI on existing artist's work.
𖹭 you have full ownership of the funds you send in this transaction
𖹭 you will provide a 100% complete fully cut PSD file.
𖹭 i will NOT sell or share the Live2d file (cmo3.) at any stage.
𖹭 i do not do rush fees
𖹭 revisions can be requested up to 3 times before your rig is 50% complete, extra revisions after getting confirmation for things will incur a charge depending on the revision complexity.
𖹭 I have the rights to refuse service at any time.
𖹭 If I have to cancel at any time, which is highly unlikely, a full refund will be made.
𖹭 I can use the rigging as an example in my portfolio once completed.
𖹭 You will credit me where applicable (posts , credits panel , twitter bio etc.) as your Live2D rigger. I am okay with being called/reffered to as rig mama/papa in credits/online.
𖹭 you are welcome to ask me for an estimated time frame of completion, but please do not rush me in less time than the already stated estimation above.
𖹭 Payments are to be preferably made via Paypal, payments will come with a 5% transaction fee. Payment will be made with an invoice to you.
𖹭 If you decide to commission me the full payment will be paid upfront.
𖹭 I do not do small payment plans. I am happy to discuss 50% upfront and 50% when finished if your model comes to over 1.5K USD, but you will only receive your finished files once it is paid to 100%.
𖹭 Prices are always subject to change, I will always confirm prices with you before sending an invoice.
